to lean. Womack and Jones are the recognized spokesmen for the movement in
North America. |
This looks like a follow-on to Lean Thinking,
but it is much more. Filled with detail on handling multi-project
assignments. Using the Toyota model, it is heavy reading but extremely
informative. |
This was billed as “the only lean book you need to read”
until Lean Thinking came out. It is still a classic and worth the read. I
still like the the kinds word it includes on benchmarking (disavowed by
Womack later). |
